Bexar County Courtroom Awarded People's Choice Award!

Last night at the Power of Preservation Prom, the Bexar County Double-Height Courtroom project took home The People's Choice Award for Best Preservation Project of the year! The annual fundraising event is hosted by the Power of Preservation organization in conjunction with the Office of Historic Preservation to promote the benefits of historic preservation within the community. This year's event was held at the historic Kress Building in downtown San Antonio, which is in early stages of a major renovation. Overall, it was another great turnout of people and organizations in the community who are passionate about historic preservation. We would like to thank everyone who voted for the project last night as well as everyone who was involved with the design and construction of the project. Also, we would like to send a special thank you to Bexar County for hosting our table last night and having the vision (and patience) to see this project through.
