CTHM Awarded Again!

We recently were notified that the Chisholm Trail Heritage Museum project received two more honor awards! The first one is the John L. Nau, III Award of Excellence in Museums, given out each year by the Texas Historical Commission. "Named in honor of former Texas Historical Commission Chair John L. Nau, III, this award recognizes an individual or institution in the museum field for significant achievement in the areas of historical interpretation, museum education, conservation of collections and/or community involvement."

The second award is the Texas Association of Museum's most highly coveted award, The President's Award! This award was established to recognize achievement in graphic design and media production and to encourage quality in public presentations. We had the privilege of working with Drew Patterson Studios and Jenny McChesney on the exhibits and graphics for this project and this award is attributed to their great work. For more information on the museum and the exhibits, please visit their website or better yet, plan a trip down to historic Cuero, TX and see this great building in person!

The project had previously won the President's Award and the People's Choice Award for Best Renovation/Rehabilitation, both given out by the Texas Downtown Association in 2013. We are deeply humbled and honored by the reconignition this project continues to receive. Thank you!
