Fisher Heck is proud to have donated our architectural services to the non-profit organization, The Ballet Conservatory of South Texas in their efforts to expand their current facilities. Early this year, The Ballet Conservatory expanded into an adjacent lease space within their current building in order to accommodate an additional classroom studio space. In addition to the main studio, the space also contains a waiting/warm up area, ADA compliant restroom and an upstairs sewing room.
We'd like to thank Mark Richter, Marieli Guardiola Pope and Susan Marta with The Ballet Conservatory for being great clients to work with and we hope they enjoy their new space! We'd also like to thank the general contractor Robert Lozano from the Lozano Group and his crew for their great work on this project. Feedback from the students and instructors has been overwhelmingly positive, which the owner is certain will lead to future increased membership and company growth!
