Thoughts

The Wickes House is standard modest craftsman style house in the King William neighborhood that is going through a generational renovation as the home changes hands within the family. The floor plan for the house is being opened up and added on to, while previous additions and modifications are stripped away to restore original craftsman detailing around the exterior of the house. A second floor will be carefully added at the rear of the house to provide two bedrooms and a shared bathroom, making the house more accommodating for today’s needs. A previously demolished garage structure will be rebuilt to compliment the style of the house.
