Fisher Heck Architects is assisting the City of San Antonio and Grupo La Gloria, LLC in a feasibility study developing a Culinary Concept for Maverick Plaza. The culinary concept focuses on curating the food history of San Antonio, now a designated 'Creative City of Gastronomy' by UNESCO. The initial three food influences will be Mexican, German, and Native.  Our study proposed to transform and activate the Plaza, create a space that could authentically curate a true San Antonio Cultural Experience, and contribute to the urban fabric by developing better connections to Hemisfair Park, the River Walk, and the Alamo Complete Streets.
