Thoughts

The long-time owner of this quaint cottage in Karnes City needed some additional space and general updates throughout to better host extended family gatherings. The existing 1,800sf house will receive a new Primary Bedroom suite addition to the back of the house, along with a new garage and porch for watching the grand kids play in the yard. The existing house will be opened up more to improve flow and visibility into other rooms of the house. Existing finishes and fixtures will also be updated in the process, and the overall thermal envelope of the house will be improved. The project is currently in the design phase.
