and School Classroom Addition Shortly after completion of its sanctuary renovation, St. Peter's congregation experienced significant growth in attendance and participation. To accommodate this increase in parish activity, St. Peter's retained FisherHeck to design the new Community Center. The Center, which attaches to the parish's existing middle school annex, is a two-story, 18,000 square foot facility including a gymnasium, science laborartory classroom, arts and crafts room, and multiple community meeting rooms. Designed to blend architecturally with the existing school and have minimal impact on the adjacent residential properties, the new Community Center steps back from the surrounding streets to provide more green space around the site.
