Landa Park Bathhouse & Restrooms

The project consisted of renovating the bath house of the aquatic
complex and two separate restroom facilities situated within the 196 acre park.

The bath house was originally built in 1937 and required extensive renovations to provide more functional spaces for both the park’s departmental staff and its visitors. The project included reorganizing office areas and upgrading existing dressing rooms, restrooms, and shower facilities. New electrical and mechanical systems were installed, and the existing plumbing system was modified to accommodate the new spatial requirements.
